Returns/Exchanges Return and Exchange Policies:
We want our customers to
feel comfortable with their purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied
with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, merchandise credit, or
a prompt refund excluding shipping cost.
- Customers
will not be responsible for the shipping cost only if the merchandise is shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise, we will credit your account on the
cost of the merchandise only.
- Returns
must be made no later than 14 days from the time you received your order.
Shipments made after 14 days will be rejected at the customer's expense. If
you are returning an item based on an incorrect size requested in your order,
we will gladly exchange it with the correct size within 30 days.
- Items
returned worn, with a perfume or deodorant stains and/or odor, washed, or
handled inappropriately, will not be accepted and returned at the customer's
expense. Upon receipt of your return, an inspection and approval will be
processed.
- Please
allow your credit card account to be credited within 7-14 business days from
the day of return. A check will be mailed for orders purchased by checks.
- If
you returned only one item from a multi-items order, you will be reimbursed
only for the per-item cost.
- Also,
please include a copy of the packing slip, the reason for the return as well as
instructions (if you would like a credit or an exchange, etc.)
